Packing Details for Kalari Rasayana

At Prakriti Shakti, each guest is provided with uniform to waer during the stay period and hence packing light is advisable. You may bring a light shawl, sweaters, scarf, and cotton socks for cooler evenings, along with any personal toiletries.You can carry a hat, pair of sunglasses, pair of flip flops, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear if required. Be sure to carry a sufficient supply of daily medications if any along with your medical reports for the initial consultation with the doctor. Kindly use non leather foot wear. As per Goverment regulations, Foriegn Nationals should carry valid passport and visa. Indians should carry a valid photo ID issued by Govt of India.

Treatements & Treatment Duration

• The detox treatments starts at 7 days and the curative treatments start at 10 days from date of admission
• Treatment duration can vary depending on each patinet's medical condition determined by medical team

• Prelimnary Assesment for may be required at time booking for doctors to assess the medical condition

Airport Pickup & Drop

• The airport pickup and drop Ex. Kochi Airport (03 Hrs away) is included. Trivandrum or other airports will be charged
• For Twin room passenger, if two passengers arrive by different flight only one transfger will be proivided and other will be charged

Admission formlaties

• The program is designed for treatments to begin on the first day.
• Patients must arrive at the center by 14:00 PM to complete registration, orientation, consultation, and first-day treatments.
• If flights prevent arrival at the center before 14:00 PM, it is advisable to stay in the city the previous night and reach the center the next day morning.
• The official admission is 13:00 PM and discharge time is 11:00 AM. Prakriti Shakti follows highest safety and hygiene standards

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Though the policy may change depending on seasons and occupancy you can take the below for guidelines.

• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 50% or 100% advance payment depending on the date you book
• On booking the hospital gives a cut-off date for balance 100% payments if any, which need to strictly followed
• 100% full payment need to be received by the hotel 30 days prior for sure
• Cancellation charge of 50% will apply if the booking is cancelled 21 days prior and 100% within 21 Days
• For foriegn guests, the loss is foriegn excange rates will affect the refund if any
